Meet Tootle & Potter

We are two best friends, Kathie and Trish who love to tootle and potter around shops, galleries and markets, we have also been known to frequent the occasional tearoom and coffee shop! We worked together for many years and have always been able to spark each other’s creativity.

In the last year, inspired by our love of art, crafts and interior design, have begun a small arts and crafts business which we have called, Tootle & Potter. We make resin home accessories such as mantel and wall clocks, decorative trays, small side tables, pictures, signs and paper weights which can be used as small decorative lamps/night lights. We also make jewellery such as earrings and pendants. We have designed pieces using real dried flowers and alcohol inks. In addition, we have created hanging decorations with themes for Christmas and Easter as well as special treasures like small guardian angels and robins that could be given as gifts to a loved one. Each piece is handcrafted and unique.

We also paint watercolours mainly landscapes based on images from photographs we have taken of inspirational scenes in and around Yorkshire and in particular the area local to us in Leeds such as Adel Woods, Meanwood Park and Otley Chevin.

We have a small selection of prints available as well as original artwork. All of our art and designs are heavily influenced by our love of nature in particular trees, flowers and plants.
